Relaxation Massage

Relaxation Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Relax & Restore Massage

Relax & Restore massage is a therapeutic combination of relaxing and deep tissue massage techniques.  This massage is aimed for the person that has one or two areas that need specific therapeutic work but wants to relax the body overall.  A consult with your therapist will take place before your session to discuss your areas of concern since this massage is tailored just for you.  There could be some soreness involved with this treatment, so drinking water is recommended before and after treatment.  

Cupping Therapy

Cupping is a form of massage therapy which decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction, unlike other forms of massage that compresses soft tissues. During cupping, the cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissue into the cup. How does it feel? Cupping is very relaxing and generally not painful.  Cupping is a soft tissue therapy intended to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation & well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage. This treatment can be done as an add on to a regular massage for 1-2 areas or as an entire treatment for 60-80 minutes.

Harvest Bliss Massage

Relax, unwind and savor the aromas of Autumn with our Harvest Bliss Massage.  This full body massage treatment includes relaxing, gliding strokes with light to medium pressure with a Pumpkin Spice massage oil.  This scrumptious treatment also includes a Pumpkin Spice or Apple Harvest foot scrub.

Relax & Calming Facial

Turn Back Time Age Smart Facial

Such a big concern for so many of us demands only the best products with scientifically advanced ingredients proven to improve your skin condition. Dermalogica Age Smart Facial uses the latest product innovation to hydrate, firm and smooth your skin. 

After cleansing, your therapist will complete a Dermalogica face mapping skin analysis which allows her to have a good look at your skin and discuss with you your main concerns and what you would like to achieve from the treatment today. Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
